ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can of artichoke hearts (in water)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly in 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until top is brown. Serve hot with corn chips. Stores well and can be reheated in microwave or oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
