HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese (optional)
Pinch garlic salt

Chop artichokes and mix together with all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a casserole (8 x 8 inches). Serve hot with crackers or bread chunks.
