MILD OR HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can of artichoke hearts, not marinated
1 (4 oz.) can chilies, green
16 oz. mayonnaise (can be lite)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Pita bread or tortilla chips

Chop the artichokes, chilies and onion. Mix with all other ingredients. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with pita bread, cut up or with tortilla chips.

Green chilies can be bought mild to hot.
