HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. green onions
1 box chopped spinach, thawed with liquid squeezed out
chopped tomatoes (optional)

Mix ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
