HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can artichoke hearts (in water), drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Mix it up, then heat it in the microwave on High for 5 minutes. Serve with bread or something crunchy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
