HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
14 oz. can artichoke hearts (no oil), drained and chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of lemon juice

Mix all together. Place in casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with Ry-Krisps or crackers.
