EASY CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1 c. sherry or brandy

Place chicken breasts in baking pan. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry or brandy. Pour over chicken. Bake about 1 hour at 350°F. Serve with wild rice.

Serves 6.
