HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can Artichoke Hearts (chopped)
1 c. mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir ingredients together and spread into pie pan (a quiche dish works nicely). Bake 20 minutes. Serve with crackers for dipping. Quick and a favorite at our house. Sprinkle a little paprika on top for a color before serving.
