ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 jar marinated mushrooms (drained)
1 sm. can green chilies (chopped)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (16 oz. pkg. is usually sufficient)
Mayonnaise

Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces. In medium bowl mix artichoke hearts and green chilies. Mix mayonnaise to consistency of tuna salad. Blend in 3/4 cup grated cheese with mixture. Pour in micro-proof dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes in microwave on bake setting. Serve with nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
