HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. frozen artichokes (cooked as directed & chopped)

Mix mayonnaise, cheese, chilies, and artichokes together. Heat in saucepan. Serve warm as a dip for crackers. (Triscuits are especially good.)
