HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichokes (water-pack), drained
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Chop drained artichokes into small casserole dish. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper. Combine well. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Serve hot with Wheat Thins or other crisp crackers.
