HOT ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated) 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise Garlic powder (a few good shakes) Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix with remaining ingredients. Spread into shallow pan (pie pan or toaster oven pan works well). Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately with crackers. Mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated - broil immediately before serving. |
