ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) can artichoke hearts (NOT marinated)
1 can green chilies (optional)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix mayonnaise and grated cheese in casserole dish. Add chopped artichoke hearts and green chilies. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown on top. Serve with crackers or French bread.
