ARTICHOKE DIP/SPREAD 
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix cut up artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and cheese together. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. It will be brown and crusty. Serve with French bread or hearty crackers. Your guests will love it.
