ARTICHOKE HEART DIP - SPREAD 
1 can artichoke hearts, well drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Ground pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into food processor or blender. Process until well mixed and ground up. Add additional mayonnaise or cheese if desired. (Taste during the processing.)

Put above mixture into a small casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until slightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm with French bread, crackers, etc. Enjoy!

(Double recipe makes enough for a 7 inch square Corning casserole dish.)
