ARTICHOKE HEART DIP 
2 cans (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, quartered
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan (grated) fresh is best
Bagel chips

Drain artichokes, wash/rinse. Cut into 1/8. Add mayonnaise and Parmesan (pepper to taste).

Optional: 1 clove garlic in press. 1 jar roasted red peppers (in jar), drained and rinsed and dried.

Mix all together. Put in casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until brown. Serve warm with bagel chips.
