HOT ARTICHOKE SPREAD | |
1 loaf French bread, sliced 2 cans artichoke hearts 1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's) 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese Drain artichoke hearts and chop. Combine with mayonnaise and cheese. Stir well. Bake in casserole dish in 325 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot on French bread or crackers. (This may also be made with 1 can artichokes, 1 cup mayonnaise and 4 ounces of cheese. Both ways are excellent.) This is an EASY and impressive spread, raves every time! |
