ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Dice artichoke hearts and mix with remaining ingredients. Bake in 1 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbling. Serve warm with crackers.
