1 lb. hamburger meat
3 med. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. water
1 c. macaroni
3 tsp. black pepper

Brown ground meat and drain. Peel and dice potatoes. Place browned meat, diced potatoes and macaroni, tomato sauce, water and spices in a large casserole dish. Stir well. Place in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes and macaroni are tender. Add corn and stir. Mix cheeses together and sprinkle on top. Cook for 15 minutes more.
