CORN BEEF - CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. potatoes, sliced thin
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 sm. cabbage, shredded
1 can corn beef
1 can cream of celery soup
butter
Pepper

Grease flat baking dish. Place sliced potatoes on bottom. Sprinkle with peppers. Put a layer of onions, layer of shredded cabbage and then a layer of corn beef. Spread soup over top and dot with butter. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
