ARTICHOKE CHILI DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, drained
1 c. mayonnaise

In a small bowl. Combine artichokes, cheese, chili peppers, and mayonnaise. Transfer mixture to an 8 inch round baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Makes about 2 2/3 cups.
