ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can (16 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder

Chop artichokes; mix with remaining ingredients. Spread mixture in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and broil for about 3-5 minutes until brown. Serve with crackers or party breads. Easy and delicious. Serves 6-8.
