KRISTA'S ARTICHOKE DIP 
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts or 1 box frozen, cooked
1 sm. can green chilies

Drain artichokes and chilies and chop. Mix all ingredients. Bake, serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Serves 4 or more. Can be microwaved for 2 1/2 minutes. Use small casserole and bake at 325 to 350 degrees when baking in oven for 30 minutes or when hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
