KRISTA'S ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1/2 c. mayo 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 can artichoke hearts or 1 box frozen, cooked 1 sm. can green chilies Drain artichokes and chilies and chop. Mix all ingredients. Bake, serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Serves 4 or more. Can be microwaved for 2 1/2 minutes. Use small casserole and bake at 325 to 350 degrees when baking in oven for 30 minutes or when hot. |
