ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 can Pastene artichoke hearts in water 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. Mozzarella cheese 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise Drain and chop artichokes. Mix all ingredients together. In a casserole or baking dish bake 25 minutes, covered, then 15 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Serve hot with crackers. |
