HOT ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, not marinated, coarsely chopped 1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and pour mixture into a shallow baking dish. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serve with tortilla chips or Triscuits. Yield: about 2 cups. Excellent! |
