HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tbsp. parsley

Combine all and spoon into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm. Especially good on pumpernickel cocktail bread.
