ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes (chop fine)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 9x9 baking pan 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
