WAFFLES 
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. Pillsbury or Gold Medal all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder

In mixing bowl, beat eggs, cooking oil, sugar, and salt until thick, do not overbeat. Add milk, flour, and baking powder to mixture; mix thoroughly and pour into waffle iron. Makes 4 large waffles. Serve hot with your favorite syrup, butter, or honey.
