SAUSAGE MACARONI STIR-FRY 
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into strips
1 med. carrot, cut into sm. julienne strips
4 c. chopped cabbage
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. In large skillet, heat oil. Add sausage and carrot; stir fry 1 minute. Add next five ingredients, stir fry just until tender. Stir in macaroni; heat through. Arrange on warm serving platter. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately. Serves 4. Kielbasa can be used instead of sausage.
