SAUSAGE, MUSHROOM AND PEPPER
STIR-FRY
 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. smoked sausage
1 lg. bell pepper, sliced in strips
1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in skillet; add sausage and brown. Add strips of pepper and sliced mushrooms and cook 20-30 minutes, stirring often.
