SAVORY SAUSAGE STIR FRY 
1 1/2 lbs. of smoked sausage (sliced) or kielbasa
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 c. rice (cooked per package directions)
3 1/4 c. of raw vegetables such as: broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms, and any others you like (peas, zucchini, squash)
Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano or Mrs. Dash

Cook rice according to directions and keep warm. In wok or skillet saute vegetables in oil until crisp and tender. Add sausage and season to taste. Make sure it is thoroughly warm and serve over warm rice. Serves 6.
