SAUSAGE STIR-FRY 
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper
1 (16 oz.) tri-color pasta
1 lg. carrot, julienned
Olive oil
Basil
Oregano
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Cook sausage and slice into pieces - set aside. Cook pasta in lightly salted water - set aside. Saute garlic, onion, pepper, carrot in olive oil until tender. Add sausage, stir for 2 minutes, add pasta. Season with generous amounts of basil, oregano, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.
