1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3 c. diced zucchini
Dash of garlic powder
Oregano to taste
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat all ingredients except zucchini with electric mixer. Add zucchini mix and place in a greased baking pan 8 x 8. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
