MEATLESS TACO SALAD 
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and shredded
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Frito corn chips, approximately
1/2 bottle Catalina dressing (may substitute Ranch dressing)

Toss all ingredients together. For crisp chips, serve immediately.
