Great for movie night or parties! 1 or 2 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup Italian dressing 1 large bag Doritos lettuce tomato onion garlic crispy bacon shredded Mexican cheese Brown ground beef with spices to your liking. Drain. Add Italian dressing. Crumble Doritos on a large plate or large casserole dish. Top with cheese, ground beef, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, garlic and bacon. PLEASE... submit any other great recipes you have. Love this one... Used "Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos"... with ground beef... a little taco seasoning. A keeper for sure... especially on those days - when you JUST DO NOT want to cook... If you submit several recipes - they will create a 'EOS Cookbook' and list all your submissions...
