HERBED POTATO WEDGES 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
4 lg. potatoes

Brush aluminum foil with butter. Combine other ingredients in bowl. Cut potatoes in 1/2 inch wedges. Mix in liquid. Wrap in foil. Place on grill. Cook 30-35 minutes.
