1 lg. bunch carrots 1 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter Wash and peel carrots. Cut in circles. Place in large pot; cook until tender. Do not over cook. Best if a little firm. Drain water. Add brown sugar nd butter. Heat on low until sugar and butter are melted, stirring frequently. Kids love em! |
