CANDIED CARROTS 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. jellied cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans sliced carrots, drained

Combine butter, cranberry sauce, sugar, and salt in saucepan. Simmer on low heat until cranberry sauce is melted. Add carrots to syrup mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
