CURRIED FRUIT 
1 lg. can peach halves
1 med. can pear halves
1 med. jar pineapple chunks
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. hot (or mild) curry powder
1/2 c. blanched slivered almonds

Completely drain fruit. Put everything in baking pan. Insert cherries into fruit halves. Sprinkle almonds over all. Combine butter, sugar and curry powder. Pour over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve warm or hot.
