2 c. peanut butter
2 sticks butter
1 (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1 lg. Rice Chex cereal
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar

Mix together peanut butter, butter, and milk chocolate chips. pour the melted ingredients over cereal. Pour into small garbage bag that is filled with confectioners' sugar. Shake, shake, shake! Shake well. Add more sugar, if needed.
