1 c. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 c. or more powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) box rice or Corn Chex cereal

Melt together chips, peanut butter, and butter. Pour over cereal and mix or shake until all is covered. Add powdered sugar a little at a time. Shake in covered bowl or bag until coated. Lay out on cookie sheet to cool. Serve in a new dog dish if you desire.
