FRESH CORN OYSTERS 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
3 c. fresh corn
2 tbsp. whipping cream
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Vegetable oil

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Combine egg, corn, whipping cream and butter; mix well and stir into dry ingredients. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot oil (375 degrees); cook until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels; serve hot. Yield: 2 dozen.
