1/4 lb. butter
1 cup flour
1 8 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese

Allow butter and cheese to soften. Mix ingredients in a food processor or stand mixer until combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Variations: Sprinkle with a little whole celery seed or sesame seeds before baking.
