HAM LOAF 
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (keep juice)

Mix together and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.

2 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Pour over ham loaf and baste.
