HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham mix
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, minced

Combine ingredients and place in loaf pan. Top with topping mix and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

TOPPING MIX:

1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Put in pan and bring to boil before putting on top of ham loaf.
