RHUBARB SPONGE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped rhubarb

Cream sugar and butter. Add flour and egg yolks. Mix well. Add milk and rhubarb. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in. Bake in unbaked pie shell 40 minute at 375 degrees. Makes 1 pie.
