CHEESE AND CHILI APPETIZERS 
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans chopped green chilies (I use Ortega)
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
6 eggs, beaten
Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 275°F.

Lay chilies on the bottom of a greased 8-inch baking pan. Press cheese down on top. Mix eggs with dash of Worcestershire sauce and pour over cheese.

Bake in slow (275°F) oven for 40 minutes or until eggs are cooked through in center.

Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
