THE BEST STROMBOLI EVER!
This dish is great as a meal with a nice warm bowl of soup on the side, or a wonderful appetizer as well. You could serve it with some marinara sauce. You can also make it as big or as small as you want... it's a very versatile recipe!

store bought pizza dough (or make your favorite recipe)
1/2 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. sliced American cheese
1/2 lb. salami
1/2 lb. ham
1/2 lb. pepperoni

Note: Adjust these amounts based on what you like best. the easiest thing to do is get all of the above at the deli, and make sure the slices aren't too thick.

Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick or so, making sure not to create any wholes in it. Layer the ingredients alternating cheese and meat down the center of the dough. Leave enough room at the ends to close it up.

After layer the ingredients, roll it up (kind of like a jelly roll) or whatever way you know how (it basically all tastes the same no matter which way you roll it!)

Bake it in a 350°F until golden brown, or the cheese is melting it's way outside of the dough!

Let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving... it makes it easier to cut through everything.

Variation: Drizzle some olive oil on the top of it and sprinkle on your favorite seasonings/herbs.

Enjoy!
