12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups milk
1 cup bisquick
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 small onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Grease 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese in pan. Beat remaining ingredients in bowl and pour into pan.

Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
