SLOPPY JOE SAUCE 
2 med. onions
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Blend together all ingredients. Pour over one pound browned hamburger.

Very flavorful recipe. There's a lot of salt (sodium) in mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce already, so while I wanted to add celery salt, I used celery seeds instead.

This is a great recipie. The flavors are wonderful. The only thing I would reccommend is that you saute the onions first so they soften. I alslo added green bell pepper that I diced to the onions and sauted for 5-7 min. Then i added the other ingredients into the warm pan and then mixed wth ground beef.
